provide for such a degree of separation as was involved in agreeing Rs regards the Extension,

that it should be named the Fongkong Fxten sion of the Royal Flying Corps Hospitel:
that expenditure upon it should be limited to the fund: made available by the Hongkong War Charities Committee, and
that the administration in the matter of accounting. storekeeping and paid nursing staff (including the matron) should be kept from Bryanston Square.
It was understood and agreed that both Bryanston Square and the Hongkong Extension should be
administered
